ok so i have to pay for school and everything.... so what if i just stay here during the summer... take like 12 credits... and then i can be done next december???

then i would just live here and work.... and go to school. i wouldnt have to worry about selling my place??

yes do that! just get school out of the way and then you will have so many more opportunities come your way and you can do whatever you want....serioulsy! It's great!
I guess stay if you must, but don't take 12 credits. Take 6 or 9 and the still finish next May. There's seriously no rush in finishing school these days since there are no jobs out there. If you take too many credits this summer then you won't be able to come home for some weekends--especially your birthday!!
I would stay, work and do some school. Summer is hard to be in School so don't take to many classes. love ya!!
